Terms & Conditions

Full day rental is 10am to 6pm, weather permitting. Pool hours subject to change. All reservations must check in before 12pm day of reservation or 100% charges will be applied and rental forfeited.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid 100% charge.  

Pool Policies

Maximum occupancy for cabanas is limited to six people (only four pool passes included with cabana purchase); daybeds are limited to two people. Animals, glass containers, coolers and outside food and beverages are prohibited in pool area. Food and beverage purchased within the hotel are permitted with valid proof of purchase. Guest items may be inspected prior to entering the pool. Cabana prices may vary based on seasonality, holidays and daily demand. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge. All reservations must be checked in by 11am or the reservation is forfeited and the 50% charge is applied. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Must be 21 or older to enter the H2O Bar areas.
